I am very pleased with this kit and I willBe buying an m4 and m5 as-well. The heat-set insert tool it comes with fit right onto my soldering iron and works prefect.

parfait et fait son boulot comme il faut, faites par contre gaffe aux embouts d'insert, ils sont ultra fragile

This is the strongest way to join together two 3d printed parts - much better than glue. There are many videos on Youtube to help you design your parts to accommodate these types of fasteners, as well as how to actually install and use them in your prints. Essential!

The nut insert tool works really well with PLA. Set your iron to about 300°C for the brass insert tool. The insert hole should be about 3 1/2 mm in diameter so that the plastic doesn’t pour into the nut. If plastic still pours into the nut, make the insert hole just a little bit bigger.
