In all honesty, I didn’t have high hopes and took a gamble as I couldn’t source a velvet waistcoat anywhere else for work. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’m a UK16, bought a large, and happily, the fit was right for me. I’m also short waisted and it isn’t too long. The pockets at the front are real, which is really useful, the buttons are smart (and there’s a spare). It’s pricey for what it is, but it’s been perfect for work. Slightly stiff in fabric, but still feels soft. Overall, I’m very pleased. Plus it arrived about 10 days earlier than estimated. I wouldn’t usually make a point to review but because it’s such a gamble to buy a pricier item, I hoped this might help.

A lovely, stylish item and very well made. I am a size 6/8 and the XS is true to size - great value and great customer service too. The Amazon auto size prompt suggested my ideal size was a small which was too big and the seller provided fantastic customer service when returning and exchanging. Thankyou.
