I am a carer for my family member who suffers from Parkinson's and needs assistance for mobility. So I bought this door bell for the purpose of a help caller. The kit includes a small water resistant SOS button that can be worn all the time. I also like the fact that I could choose from many ring tones as I didn't want it sound like a guest at the house door nor too quiet for me to miss when TV/music is on.Initially I had a problem that the main transmitter sends signal to the receiver intermittently even without the button being pushed. After contacting the company, they responded quickly and told me what to do. This Help Caller is being used every day since then. I just need to add one more receiver for the living room so that I can hear it also when I am not in my room. Ideal for the purpose and I and my family are very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this item for someone in the family and they are really pleased with it and found it easy to install, I did purchase my own in April and after 3 months unfortunately the receiver had a problem with the sound, I made contact and very quickly got a response and help trying to resolve it, in the end they sent me a new receiver free of charge and am now totally happy and have no hesitation in dealing with them again. The item is excellent and I use it mainly as an SOS for my Husband who is unable to move around the home on his own.

Needed a simple "summoning" sound system to use at home whilst a relative was ill. Wanted one where I could leave a static button by the bed but also have an "emergency" button which the person could carry with them as well. This fitted the bill perfectly. The receiver just sits in a mains socket so can easily be moved around if required and, as an added bonus, you can set a different RING tone to the two different buttons from the huge number available. Thus it has been easy to know if the person would just like a drink or something simple or needs more urgent help because they have fallen over in the bathroom. Excellent simple system for the price.

It was very quick to install it. Simply plug in the receiver everywhere in your home, remove the tiny paper from the doorbell that prevents it from activating it and that's it! the doorbell will automatically turn on and you can use it straight away. They give you two options to stick the doorbell to the wall: they provide nails or a sticker. Not being able to make holes in the wall I have used the sticker, which attached the doorbell firmly to the wall. We've tried the doorbell a couple of times and it sounded loudly in every rooms of the house, which I found very useful. I think it has a really good price considering that the package includes several items: receiver, doorbell and a SOS rescue call that can be used for example by an elderly person in a time of need. I definitely recommend it If you need a doorbell that have a good price and actually works.

Very quick and easy to set up. Good range and connectivity in a flat that often has dead spots. Great to have S.O.S in words, to help a forgetful oldster know what it is. Good to have a genuine choice of a wide variety of ringtones. Product could be better if receiver was tagged “Bell - Leave Alone” . . . to prevent the oldster pulling it out. More options on how to wear the pendant would be good to have.Instructions could be clearer, it wasn’t hard to deduce but better wording would certainly ease set-up. The insert card is actually better scribed than the instructions, glad for that, it made me smile.
