They were very poorly made. My son has been buying the jaw exercisers and these fell apart in a week and a half - All four (4) sets. I am retuning and won’t purchase any other items from company.

I just got the advanced level exercisers from the get go and ive not used them yet but at first feel they are pretty hard rubber. I'm sure they will work but id suggest getting a lower level version of these but not the beginner. It would be better and more durable to get a mid level version and not start out at the highest level. Only reason i got the highest level is because alot have said that they are more durable then the lower level ones. The rubber squares come in a small paper box and are inside a plastic case they come in with no instructions so you should already know what to do with them because there are no instructions.

I tried several different ones on Amazon, and this one by far is the best. Sturdy AF and will not break as the others do. Make sure you get the 65lbs one and you won't be sorry.Happy chewing!
