着色料がいやなので、和三盆手作りにチャレンジ。硬めに入れると、綺麗に抜けました。コツがあるかも。

Lol @ the other review saying the molds were too small - this is a plastic version of traditionally wooden molds for Japanese wagashi called ohigashi/wasanbon and the size is exactly what you'd expect for that type of sweet. I love that it comes with eight seasonal designs, so that I can use the molds year-round. The molds are easy to use and make very crisp shapes. While the feel is a bit different from wood, I certainly can't complain since the price point is amazing and it's practically impossible to find wooden molds in the US.

These are beautiful, well-made, sturdy molds. These are just what I was looking for to make wagashi. They took a while to get here from Japan, but the wait was surely worth it.
