This would be better with a continuous scratching post, without the middle fluffy piece. My cats kinda stop going up before the fluffy piece and don't want to walk their paws over it when they're stretching and clawing (yes, they're divas).

Wurde schnell geliefert und war in unter 5 min aufgebaut. Meine zwei Katzen nutzen ihn jedes Mal wenn sie kratzen dank der guten Höhe. Der Bommel mit dem Gummi ist auch sehr praktisch. 10/10

Der kratzbaum ist robust und hübschSehr leicht aufzubauen da brauchte ich keine anleitung fürMan könnte das mittel teil auch auslassen dann hat man eine durchgehende kratzflächeDer kratzbaum ist hoch genug das die katze sich super durchstrecken kannNur an dem kleinen bömmel der oben hängt hat sie kein Interesse da ist die schnur aber auch ziemlich kurz

Habe es 2 mal schon bestellt, 1. Bestellung war top hat sehr lange gehalten bei 3 Katzen. Aber bei der 2. Bestellung leider nur 3 Wochen gehalten Dann ist der Stamm abgebrochen

This scratcher has been great for my cats. They had a shorter sisal scratcher before, but the cats really needed to stretch taller, so I researched and found this one. It's very sturdy, it does not fall over when they use it. They use it all the time. It's got a small carpeted base and I will often find a cat just lying around the base to chill. They also love to throw their toys around the post.

Easy to assemble, and most importantly - the cats like it and use it! Sturdy base keeps the post upright, and it's tall enough they can have a good stretch while scratching on it.

This is a terrific scratching post, well made, heavy enough to not topple easily. Its beautiful. If I were a cat, I would use it. Unfortunately, my19 yr old tortie has never seen a scratching post with anything other than cheap carpet and doesn't know quite what to make of it. My 5 yr old tabby is ditzy and while she rolls around on the base to get in closer contact with the catnip I rubbed into the carpet (and on the sisal rope), she has no idea that this is a replacement for the edge of the couch and box springs....time will tell, but this is well made, attractive, and the materials all appear to be very high quality. If your cat(s) know what to do with sisal scratching posts, it will be money well spent.

This has the right size base to keep it stable and upright as kitty scratches or even climbs. My average-sized 10 lb cat is rather playful. She decided to run at the scratching post and climb it. It didn't wobble at all. Since it's tall enough for my cat to climb, I suspect that a larger cat could stretch out and scratch comfortably. The sisal rope makes a nice scratching surface. I've been buying sisal rope scratching posts for years. It's softer than jute rope, and cats just seem to prefer it over carpet.
