This is absolutely fab for retrieving, my lab loves it! Floats when thrown in water and very durable, we’ve had it months.. HOWEVER I would not leave your dog with it as a general toy, when left with it for the first time mine chewed the end.Will be purchasing another strictly for retrieving.

Unfortunately it was chewed and broke before we even got it out of the house. My 9 month old puppy managed to get it and chewed it so much that the the rope was chewed off the plastic. The plastic is not durable or tough.

Bought the small size, which is perfect for a cocker spaniel. Used pretty much every day. I wouldn’t recommend it as a chew toy, thats not what its designed for, but as a throwing stick its ideal, and much safer than a ball.

Brilliant dummy. Handy being plastic so it dries quickly when used in the wet or in water.
