The assembly is not as straightforward as some would like.If you have access to a blow torch, a small anvil, centre punch, dead blow hammer and a small anvil then assembly is easy.1. Drive brass bush into chuck using deadblow hammer and anvil.2. Heat up brass bush for two minutes.3. The tip of the motor spindle should go in by about 1mm.4. Using the centre punch on the protruding opposite end of the motor, give three positive strikes to drive the spindle into the brass bush at the other end.NOTE: DO NOT strike the main motor body as this will certainly cause damage!As I'am going to be using this freehand, hence the reason I left the plate off.Obviously if you use the plate then screw that to the body of the motor first.

der motor könnte etwas stärker sein. aber das dingen ist vielseitig verwendbar.mit einer holzkonstruktion sogar als oberfräse, gravierfräse.......usw.

Se ci fosse qualche istruzione non sarebbe male, il mandrino va montato su un cono Morse di ottone e l'unica difficoltà che ho incontrato è stata il montaggio del suddetto cono sull'albero del motore.Dopo qualche perplessità ho risolto scaldando (senza esagerare) con un minisaldatore a gas il cono e forzandolo leggermente sull'albero, dopo che si è raffreddato è risultato inamovibile e perfettamente centrato.Alla fine un buon prodotto, lo sto usando per forare plastica e alluminio con punte da 0,6 a 3 millimetri e fa egregiamente il suo lavoro.

Ärgerlich, der Adapter für die Welle passt nicht. Ist auch nicht der, der auf dem Produktbild zu sehen ist. Auch der Motor scheint ein anderer zu sein als der auf dem Bild zu sehen ist.Einfach eine Mogelpackung - Typisch für Chinesische Anbieter.

Arrived very early.All the reviews saying that the adaptor does not fit the motor don't know you need to heat up the adaptor before placing it on the motor. Heat welding it into place..
