I have way too much camera gear but sometimes I just get stuck in a rut with a piece of gear. I was using this other ballhead for the past couple of years for my tabletop photography and I was always frustrated how I could not do a full 90° angle and also it creeped. For videos the creep was killing me. Saw a couple reviews for this Innorel N44 ballhead by what seemed as regular photographers; not overly-enthusiastic influencers. I received it today and my only regret is I did not pick this up before. I am shooting most of my tabletop macro with my medium format and a heavy 110mm lens and the N44 handled it NO PROBLEM at all!EDIT- March 22 - LOVE LOVE LOVE these ball heads....I just bought and received the larger 52. I am replacing all my Manfratto's with these....rock solid and simple to use! Two down, two more to go!

This is a great tripod head at a great price. I purchased a Benro G3 ball head to go on my mach3 tripod but it was just far to heavy to use for long hikes. This tripod ball head came through a recomendation. It is a very nice quality bit of manufacturing and is of the same if not better build quality as my Benro head at a fraction of the weight (and cost).My only very small criticism would be that the pan locking screw should be swapped with the clamp screw ( see photo attached). And this is purely because the most important screw on a head is the clamp screw as this is what attaches your camera to the head. But for some reason they have used the better of the 2 screws for the pan action as opposed to the clamp. When working out in a cold landscape with bitterly cold wind chill you need all the help you can get when tightening up your clamp to the camera bracket.This would not put me off buying another one of these heads. In fact I may purchase the N36 now to go on my other smaller tripod.

I bought this for use on a Platypod with my Nikon D750 which isn't a small camera. I've only used it with a 35mm prime lens so far but have found it exactly what I bought it for! The knobs are accessible and the ball moves freely enough - it holds its position well. I now have to use it with my 14-24mm lens which is a lot heavier.

Hace poco adquirí un trípode de esta marca. Viendo que la calidad de los materiales es muy buena, decidí comprar esta rótula. Es grande, robusta y poco pesada. Los movimientos son suaves y puedes tener bastante precisión porque puedes ajustar la dureza. Desprende calidad y a un precio asequible. Muy contento con la compra.

I was pleasantly surprised at the qaulity and the robust build features. Fit and finish is excellent. Great value also. The low profile feature for my application puts this ball head in an elite class of ball heads, IMHO. I required a light weight unit with a low center of gravity and this ball head delivered. I photograph at extreme acute angles with alot of weighty equipment and I am looking to save weight where ever possible. I wish there was other colors like red but I would buy this unit again in a New York minute.
