It has has two female threads 3/8” on both sides.It can be used to connect two 3/8” male threaded accessories as shown i have used it to extend a manfrotto extension arm.Well machined and very good quality.

Lo que se espera, cumple perfectamente. Está muy bien acabado y es bastante ligero. Resulta bastante más elegante que el diseño previo, con patrón de cebra.

This is a great little Female to Female adaptor to allow fixing of threaded accessories to your tripod. It is designed for Manfrotto accessories such as the 131D and 131DD as they have three additional grub screws to attach to the corresponding areas on Manfrotto accessories - giving a stronger grip. But they will work on a wide range. I actually use mine to attach accessories to a Syrp Genie.Just be aware that contrary to the description here, both the top and bottom centre holes have 3/8" threads. There is no 1/4" threaded hole on this adaptor. You could add your own insert but this will not sit flush with the top edge of the adaptor.Overall, good, lightweight item. Just be aware of what you are purchasing.
