This calculator works without a battery as long as there is a reasonable amount of light hitting the solar panels.Also one very good function/feature not emphasized is it has the "Check" feature which is basically means it is able to show the 112 history of prior calculations (given you have not cleared your session). This is useful for those adding a lot of numbers and you want to be able to review the numbers and also able to correct them if needed.I removed 1 star for the build quality / plastic used. But the build is still ok.But overall good value for the price, especially if you use the history feature.

La calcolatrice è arrivata in questi giorni, con una spaccatura sulla parte posteriore, molto probabilmente dovuta ad un imballaggio a mio avviso non sufficientemente adeguato a proteggerla dagli urti. Ovviamente sto provvedendo a restituirla. Peccato perché se non ci fosse stato questo problema, sarebbe stata ottima, l'avevo scelta per le dimensioni e per i tasti e i numeri grandi.
