Our four-light set arrived about three weeks ago. It is a really versatile and engaging tool which makes the otherwise hard plyometrics and speed training really fun, even for an eight-year-old soccer player who since has fallen into the habit of stealing my phone at different times of the day to practice. We love it and use it almost every day, inside or outside, with or without a ball. The app is very handy, with programs galore to choose from, and you can tailor every mode to your current needs seamlessly. The lights are high-quality, albeit I bought a non-slip rubber plate and cut out new backplates to make them even more sturdy. On the downside, the app is optimised for iPhone, Samsung, and Google phones, which means it does not necessarily work perfectly with other types. That said, it is still the buy of the year and was definitely worth the price.
