UPDATE NOTE:My review below is only about the actual product. The Amazon Seller - VALUEMAX - has handled the issue very professionally - fast and efficient.PRODUCT REVIEW1) Getting the floor bracket installed was extremely difficult, I had to ask the dealer to do it. The front passenger seat bolt in my truck was protected by a lip of the seat mounting bracket bent upwards. The solution was to find a thick enough washer to raise the bolt head, which, in turn, required sourcing a longer bolt, which, in turn made the dealer uncomfortable, because it was messing with the manufacturer's specifications. They did it, but only after having some calls made and having my truck in for the second time.2) The installation of the assembly was also difficult. Clamps are not that easy to tighten properly in the tight space of the bracket against your center console. You need to get the spacer nut adjusted first, then try clamping it, then adjust again etc. not well-thought.3) But the worst problem was not the above, it was from the actual built quality of this bracket. Once installed, it has two distinct tension points/angles, which are supposed to handle all the shaking of the vehicle while it's being driven. Well, they didn't. The steel tubes are inserted into the plastic joints and glued in there (see photos). Guess what, the joints got loose and the tubes came out of them after just two hours of driving causing the laptop to swivel freely and hit the dash hard. That's ridiculous! Now, I have to either return the bracket to the manufacturer, which is a huge hassle for me, or try and find some very strong adhesive to glue these tubes back into the plastic joints myself.Not happy at all.
