1:Discharge the new battery to 10% (not 0%), then charge and cycle 3-4 times to wake up the new battery.

Battery came dead, my laptop does recognize but, and it's always shown at 100% charge, but as soon as I remove the charger, the laptop immidiatly turns off and doesn't start until plugged in again.

In my case the battery works much better than the original one from Razer. I can only recommend.
