Gutes Bild und langes Kabel, auch beim SUV reicht das Kabel für die Heckkamera aus. Leider muss man heutzutage sich selber schützen, weil man ein größeres Auto fährt. Das Bild ist gut und die Aufzeichnung gut zu finden. Leider muss das Mikrofon immer mal wieder abgeschaltet werden.

When I received this dash cam, I had to pay an individual on the side, works at a shop, to install it. The evidently never read the directions. He put the camera that was not waterproof on the outside of the car, which caused blurry visuals while looking at them back camera. I didn’t know it was on an indoor camera so I wrote the Red tiger company.Absolute best company I have ever done business with especially through Amazon.Not only did they explain the problem I was incurring because the person I overpaid to install the dash cam and the rear cam did not read the directions into payment, but they then actually stayed in communication with me on a regular basis, Emma, from there, customer service team, was professional in our emails, polite, and descriptive on what to do, and she also asked my preference if I wanted him in Door back camera or an outdoor one/mini waterproof, I told her I had tinted windows and wasn’t quite sure if the indoor one would work. What did Emma do? She sent me an additional question in indoor and an outdoor camera Red tiger dash cam. I was able to do the reinstallation myself, and Emma was the biggest child I’ve had.Amazon has been slacking over the past few years. Therefore, I decided to email the company directly, and less amazed at the rapid response and help I have gotten. I highly highly recommend Red tiger, best customer service I’ve seen in years, incredibly educated on their product, and it was worth a penny if not more.Haven’t been more pleased with Amazon in at least five years thanks to Red Tiger and EmmaVery grateful, and the cameras work beautifully, and record regularly

Die Kamera bzw. Dashcam hat eine sehr höhe Qualität. Die Verpackung sieht auch so gut aus, dass man immer so schön verpackt lassen möchte 😃😅.Also echt sehr schicke Verpackung!App und Benutzung sehr einfach und klasse!Verbindung mit Handy gar kein Problem 💪Installation ganz einfach. Ein bisschen Geduld und Zeit braucht man aber dann ist alles reibungslos erledigt.Bis jetzt fast nach einer Woche funktioniert alles prima!Sprachsteuerung funktioniert einwandfrei und bin damit sehr zufrieden weil während der Fahrt man nicht abgelenkt wird und kann die wichtigsten anhand Sprachsteuerung erledigen.Ich habe paar fragen gehabt und Customer Support hat sehr schnell und sehr professionell reagiert und alles sofort erledigt und immer nachgefragt ob alles reibungslos geklappt hat.Also mit diesem Preis ist alles perfekt bis jetzt und Preis Leistung top!Ich hoffe, dass alles im Sommer und bei Wärme auch sehr gut und ohne Probleme läuft.Laut Hersteller hat man 18 Monate Garantie und beim Registrierten hat man nochmal 6 Monate darauf bzw. Am Ende 24 Monate Garantie. Finde ich klasse!

Im November 24 gekauft, Mai 25 in Betrieb genommen. Bis jetzt gute Aufnahmen, einfache Bedienung. Etwas umständlich mit dem download der Filme auf das Smartphone, aber machbar.Ein Lob auf den Service, hatte aus Versehen ein falsches Firmware Update installiert, für F7N, nicht mit F7N Touch kompatibel, die Touch Funktion war nicht mehr vorhanden. Bekam vom Service binnen 24 Stunden per E-Mail die richtige FW zu gesendet. War damals leider nicht von der Homepage runter zu laden.

eigentlich schreibe ich ja keine bewertungen aber hier muss es sein ;-)kann die cam nur empfehlen,meine ist über obd angeschlossen (spezialkabel,unsichtbar verlegt) somit funktioniert auch parküberwachung. apps,bildqualität,befestigung,alles einfach zu bedienen und alles bestens.für diesen preis ist das ein wahnsinns teil!habe den kauf noch nicht bereut.

For the money I paid, is fine.The installation is very easy. The guide has all the information you need and you can also find tutorials on Redtiger website on how to install the cameras and mask the cablesThe camera is good, but it has only two resolution settings (different from what is written into the User Manual included into the package):- 2160p/25 fps- 1440p/30fpsI would recommend to use it at 1440p with 30fps, because at 25fps, the snapshots are blurred.I am using the front camera with F7N Circular Polarizer. It seem that the best sharpness is for objects at 4 to 7 meters, near to the center of the frame.The movie is smooth though.Voice commands are easily detected.Update: The customer service rocks! They are willing to help and they are constantly follow up with you. I had a small question about warranty registration and they answered instantly and solved the issue in a day!

Das Gerät an sich, mit alle den gelieferten Bauteilen, macht haptisch einen super Eindruck muss ich sagen, ist sehr gut verarbeitet, wie Tasten, Display, Kameralinse usw.Ich würde allerdings gleich einen CPR Filter für die Linse dazu bestellen, das nimmt die Spiegelung der Scheibe fast gänzlich weg, verbessert die Aufnahmen erheblich.Gibt's auch auf Amazon, Original von RedTiger, für dieses Gerät respektive die F7N Serie.Ebenso ist es besser das Hardwire Kit mit der Cam zu kaufen, somit nimmt die Cam auch beim Parken im Standby auf, wenns Nachts vielleicht mal zum Kontakt und zum Schaden kommt. Ist mir leider schon zweimal passiert inkl. Schaden und Fahrerflucht des Verursachers.Die Software und Bedienbarkeit ist fast selbsterklärend, die Bedienungsanleitung gut strukturiert, auch in gutem Deutsch geschrieben.Der Touchscreen funktioniert schon sehr gut, mag ich wirklich sehr.Heute habe ich die 4K Dashcam in meine Combi verbaut. Die Kabel sind alle völlig ausreichend lang gewesen, Einbau ist zwar etwas fummelig und anstrengend, war aber machbar, hat ganz gut geklappt, mit dem Hebewerkzeug welches dabei war.Die Frontkamera ist richtig klasse, macht super 4K Aufnahmen, Hinten die FHD 1080 Kamera hingegen ist eher enttäuschend, die Aufnahmen eher blass, daher ein Punkt Abzug.Erfreulich ist auch die Redtiger App, man kann die Videos direkt schnell auf Handy ziehen via WLAN 5,8 GHz, falls benötigt und sie weiter leiten, ggf. in die Cloud hoch laden und teilen, aber auch paar Einstellungen an der Cam machen, wie z.B. Auflösung änder usw.Alles in Allem bin ich überzeugt von der Front Dashcam, find sie richtig Klasse, sehr scharfe und qualitativ gute Aufnahmen, macht echt Spaß. Die Rückkamera ist noch okay.Ich kann das Teil guten Gewissens empfehlen👍

Ich habe diese Kamera mit leichten Bedenken bestellt. Da ich mein Fahrzeug alle paar Monate tausche, hatte ich bedenken eine gute Lösung für den Einbau bzw. Das Anschließen zu finden.Dank der reichlichen Kabellösungen seitens Redtiger habe ich eine Möglichkeit gefunden, ohne einen Eingriff in die Fahrzeugelektrik nehmen zu müssen. Der Support war super schnell und hat sehr freundlich und perfekt geholfen. Danke auch dafür. Die Kamera macht sehr gute Bilder in alle Richtungen. Der Parkmodus funktioniert auch sehr gut. Jetzt bleibt nur zu joffen, dass bei einem Parkrempler auch die Überwachung anschlägt.Ich kann die Kamera F7NT empfehlen. Leichter Einbau und macht was Sie soll. Bei Problemen steht der Support immer schnell parat.

Tried others but this is the best, apart from the quality of the cam and it’s excellent performance, I initially had problems with connectivity but the after sales service is fantastic (thanks Emma) nothing is too much trouble as they just want the customer to be satisfied with the product.

The item is not at the best, but the customer service is the best.You can't expect a $180 dashcam to be as good as a $1000 set but this is good enough.Very clear during the day but bit glaring at night.Customer service sent me a couple of extra items for free such as a hardwiring kit and a lens to help reduce glaring at night time.
