Remote wasn’t as pictured and wiring harness was missing an indicator light. Also control box was different than in first picture. Ad for “style 7” is deceptive

Used this on a 98 Tacoma and it worked great. You will need to have some knowledge of wiring and probably a factory style diagram for your specific vehicle. The instructions only show what the wire functions are, so you will have to determine where and what to tie into.The kit is well made for the price. The remotes are not the flimsy ones usually seen at this price point.I placed the reciever in the kick panel area under the dash and have no trouble locking/unlocking ~60 feet away.Great kit for those that want to add or restore keyless entry.
