Please be aware that this is a USB-A security key with a separate USB-A to USB-C adapter.This product is not a native USB-C security key.Also, I expected this key to be similar to a Yubikey, however both Microsoft and Google treat it differently. They see this key as a passkey and not as a security key. I might have misunderstood what I have bought, simply by not properly reading the product specification. :-)It is just a heads up for other customers. The product might do what it is supposed to do, however it was not what I was hoping for.

A person on Instagram had created an account under my name and my IG and Facebook accounts were linked together. So in turn, my Facebook account got suspended for 180 days. In the last 2 years I have been hacked and I am done with all that this year. So I see that Gmail and Yahoo ask if I wanted to create a Passkey. I looked into what a Passkey was and it is a Physical device that you insert in a USB or USB-c port after creating a PIN or whatever and THEN YOU NEED TO PRESS A BUTTON ON THE PassKey! IT.....IS.... AWESOME!!!! Granted I would need this with me at all times. I don't care. I'd rather do this than being hacked or someone creating accounts under my name. Fairly easy to use. Just follow the directions and read what to do carefully. Will probably buy 2 more.

Der Schlüssel ist kleiner als gedacht, aber durch die Ausführung aus Aluminium auch wesentlich robuster und wertiger.Was nach meiner Meinung fehlt ist eine Anleitung, Tutorial oder Ähnliches, welches für Normalsterbliche Menschen wie mit eher fortschnittlichem Auffassungsvermögen Schritt für Schritt erklärt, wie der Key eingerichtet wird und zu benutzen ist.

Love this product, worked great for me. I had been having trouble with a Bluetooth Feitian key that the cops were blocking with their WiFi hacking nonsense. I couldn't log into Google on my phone after doing a reset, which was very bad news.So. Thankfully this product worked. I registered it using my laptop and then could use it on my Android phone through the USB C port. Worked first time, no problem at all. The price was also acceptable. I was a little dubious because I had tried an adapter with my Yubi key and it didn't work, but this worked perfectly. Thanks Thetis!I am now going to take a hammer to the Bluetooth key. Haha
