Ich habe das Gerät damals schon über Kickstarter gekauft. Die Software war damals noch in den Babyschuhen daher bin ich sehr schnell auf Unraid als Betriebs System gegangen. Habe es nie bereut da Unraid mein Liebling ist unter NAS Software. Die Hardware lässt keine Wünsche offen und ich hoffe ich kann das Gerät noch viel Jahre nutzen. Die Lüfter habe ich auf volle power gestellt das meine Festplatten um die 34Grad dauerhaft haben. Die M.2. werden wärmer >50 Grad wenn sie richtig arbeiten, da sollte man mit Pads arbeiten. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von mir.

Das Gerät ist gut verarbeitet. Die Festplattencaddys sind aus Kunststoff, da bin ich etwas anderes gewohnt, aber das ist ok.Montieren lassen sich die 3,5" HDDs werkzeuglos, das ist ein Vorteil gegenüber anderen Mitbewerbern.Das Gerät arbeitet zuverlässig und stabil.Was ausbaufähig ist, ist das Betriebssystem!Ich hatte bis dato immer Systeme von QNAP, die da deutlich die Nase vorn haben...Vielleicht wird sich das UGOS sich ja auch in die Richtung entwickeln.Alles in allem bin ich soweit zufrieden.

*Read the whole review. Ugreen did a perfect job. Amazon job was average*I ordered the Ugreen NAS from Germany as it wasn’t available in Belgium. Initially, I tried purchasing it from Amazon.nl, but they didn’t offer shipping to Belgium, so I had to look elsewhere.The NAS arrived in perfect condition, and I was pleased to see that the unit inside the Ugreen box was very well protected.However, the outer Amazon packaging left a bit to be desired. While the NAS inside the Ugreen box itself was securely cushioned, the Amazon box around it only had minimal protection—just a piece of crumpled brown paper covering two sides of the box.Considering the price and the weight of the NAS, I would have appreciated more thorough padding, like air bags surrounding the box on all sides for extra protection.Overall, I'm very happy with the NAS itself, and Ugreen clearly put effort into safeguarding the product.Amazon's shipping packaging, though, could use some improvement to ensure such a heavy and expensive piece of equipment arrives in optimal condition.This is in NO way critique on Ugreen. They did a perfect job.
