En la descripcion pone que viene con un cartucho de polifosfato; pero no vino en el paquete. Decepción total porque lo compramos precisamente porque venia “completo y listo para usar”

Item received from The Water Filter Men does not match the description or the image shown. The description states "CARTRIDGE PORTS ARE 1/2" BRASS THREADED" as can be seen in the product image on either side of the blue lid. The item received had vertical ports; one female port in the top and one male port in the bottom of the clear housing. Neither had brass threads and neither of them are 1/2 inch threads. The threads are part of the plastic moulding and are actually 3/4 inch. Useless!

Fitted this to the cold water supply that feeds the boiler.Early days to give an assessment but already noticed less hard water marks on stainless steel sink.
