its several pieces of tubing with exposed threads rather than a regular extendable rod. the picture suggested one smooth rod. imagine several thin, cheap, screwed together pieces with the screw threads visible on the assembled rod. its not only ugly, it'll snag on the curtain hooks. i can't use it.

These poles are great. Very versatile and the good thing is that if you change your mind then this is no problem as there is no wall damage left when removed.I did not use this as a shower pole but to install in the utility room as a solid washing line as it is pretty much able to span across the longest walls of the room. Feels very secure once installed so I feel confident that any washing I hang on this will still remain hanging until dry.Installing this is very quick and is fix into place via friction and the more you can compress the better and secure you can make it.Very happy with this.

So simple to put up, decided to use this in my kitchen as a more sturdy quick solution for some lightweight curtains.Went up in seconds and the materials used feel really good quality. The grips on the end feel really secure and the style of rings used glide along with ease.

Hat keine 2 Minuten gehalten. Die Feder innen ist gebrochen ohne viel Druck. Nicht zu empfehlen

Diese ausziehbare Klemm-Duschvorhang-/Gardinenstange verspricht Flexibilität, aber die Realität sieht etwas anders aus. Die angegebene Spannweite von 70-164cm wird hauptsächlich durch das Entfernen von Elementen erreicht, was innerhalb dieses Bereichs zu unpraktischen "blinden Flecken" führt. Der tatsächliche Spielraum zum Ausziehen innerhalb der einzelnen Segmente ist minimal, gefühlt sprechen wir hier von wenigen Zentimetern. Wer also eine präzise Anpassung an sein Badezimmer oder Fenster erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Die Idee des Klemmmechanismus ist gut, und die Stange an sich wirkt stabil, aber die eingeschränkte, stufenweise Verstellbarkeit macht sie in vielen Fällen unbrauchbar. Schade, denn das Grundkonzept hätte Potenzial gehabt.

Curtain pole used for light curtain to hide a small corner which has shoes rack behind.Works very well. I was surprised how strong it is. Hasn't fallen since I've got it - abut 2 months.But I haven't extended it completely so I can't comment if you want to extend it fully or put a heavy curtain.
