I am a collector of many necklaces and have found that some are shorter than needed for the necklines of my outfits. This set comes in two each of 2", 4", and 6" for easy attachment to necklaces that need to be longer. Attach the fasteners to the last links of the necklace, and it can increase to the desired length. It's an intelligent solution in lieu of purchasing several other pricey full-length chains, but it is not visible since they attach at the back of your neckline. I will use these valuable extenders on numerous future occasions.

Great little necklace extension. I've used them for awhile and had no issues or trouble. They seem sturdy and add the perfect length to some of my shorter necklaces
