I think that I should have read instructions better but got these thinking that they would work for cooking. Sadly they fall apart with any fat or moisture. Regardless I do use this to wrap cheese or meats. Very generous pack.

This is two rolls of butcher paper. It works well for its intended purpose.I do think that £11.99 is a bit pricey though, for something that you just throw away. 🙃

I've never tried this before but with us buying a bulk pack of meat I used it to wrap and store all different cuts and keep them in the fridge and freezer. It's very strong paper and the rolls are 10 meters each but it does work out more expensive than baking paper but this can be used for smoking and grilling. I think it's worth the price for the good quality.

I got these rolls of butcher's meat smoking paper as a Christmas gift for my brother in-law as he has a smoker and loves cooking meat and fish for the family. These are two large rolls, wide enough for even the biggest cut of meat or an entire fish, and the paper has a good thickness to it.

I have not seen or used this kind of product before, the closest I have come is using greaseproof, so this is a new experience. The paper is quite thick and it resists moisture and grease quite well, and I like that it is on a roll as you just cut the amount you need without unnecessarily wasting any. I initially wanted it to separate multi packs of burgers before freezing so I can just take out 2 each time. It has worked well for this and I can see myself using this for lots more in the future. It is not cheap stuff, but you get 20 meters in total so it should last a long time.My reviews follow this star rating:1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product.
