Versand hat etwas länger gedauert, das Warten hat sich aber gelohnt. Schneller Wechsel am Schleifer und nun funktioniert er wieder.

I bought them for my Makita 4x24 belt sander. I noticed the sander is working better after I put these new pads, the dust not sticking to the belt sander. I am pleased with this purchase.

The benefit over a steel backing plate is the heat. Some belts don't like too much heat and will let go at the adhesive splice joint. The carbon keeps the heat down quite a bit and I would recommend you replace your wear plate with this. The only negative is you need to watch the over hang on the side of the belt. And it fit my old craftsman 4X24 machine, no new screw holes needed to be punched.
