Loved the product but couldn’t get the handles to stay inside the roll without falling out. May have been something I didn’t do to secure it but it’s tons of plastic I wrapped TVs and all kinds of stuff with it for my move.

I purchased this shrink wrap roll to securely pack a few delicate items I was sending overseas, and it really exceeded my expectations. The material is thick and strong, so I felt confident that it would provide a solid layer of protection during transit. I was especially concerned about items getting scratched or damaged in handling, but this wrap did a great job of holding everything tightly in place.It’s surprisingly stretchy, which made it easy to wrap around oddly shaped pieces without any tearing. I didn’t need to use a ton of tape or padding—just a few layers of this, and everything was nicely sealed. Even after being wrapped up for days in shipping, the film held on tight and didn’t unravel.The only thing I’d note is that you’ll definitely want scissors or a utility knife handy, since the wrap doesn’t tear easily by hand—which I suppose is a good thing in terms of durability.Overall, it’s a solid, reliable product and definitely worth keeping around for shipping, moving, or even organizing stuff for storage. Would absolutely buy again when I run out.

I used this during a recent move, and it was perfect. It held up to quite a bit of abuse, and stuck to itself very well. This stuff was better than the more expensive stuff we got from the moving and storage shop.

The included handles have finger actuated friction braking elements that are intended to stop the dispensing of the clear film as needed. But the feature proved to be useless as the handle holder outside diameter was smaller than the inside diameter of the cardboard tube it is supposed to be tightly fitted in to. So even with finger brake applied, the tube still spins; the whole handle simply falls out actually. Remedy was to build up the diameter of the holder with some clear film material so the holder would fit tightly in the cardboard tube and stay in place. After this remedy, the film was easy to apply in controlled fashion. You often see this kind of product being used to wrap bulk material at a big box store. For simple thin plastic, a few wraps makes a solid bond and resists tearing. A sharp utility knife is needed to cut it, as attempting brute hand force to snap a piece off the roll makes a stretchy mess and is more frustrating than anything else. A versatile product, makes quick work of bundling items together, even if unevenly shaped. Because it does not use an adhesive like packing tape does, it will not tear up cardboard box or other delicate surfaces when removed. And adhesive tape needs a clean surface to cling to and tape can fall off in the colds. This stuff sticks but can be removed, better that tape for multitude of applications.

The ADHES Heavy Duty Shrink Wrap Roll is a great choice for moving or storage projects. It’s durable and stretches well, making it super easy to wrap furniture, boxes, or even odd-shaped items securely. The 15-inch width is a handy size as its not too bulky to handle but wide enough to cover large surfaces without too many layers. Plus, with 1500 feet of wrap, it feels like it will last for ages, even with big jobs.One drawback I noticed is that the roll is quite heavy. If you're wrapping a lot of items or working solo, it can feel cumbersome after a while. Also, the plastic isn’t perforated, so you need scissors or a knife to cut it, which can slow things down if you’re trying to move quickly. Despite this, it gets the job done efficiently and offers great protection for your belongings.
