Very well built and not too heavy. The main pole reduces and the wheels fold up so easy to store. I use it for shopping with an Andersen bag I already had. Quiet on the pavements and the wheels are big enough to manage steps with ease. The handle has three directions to choose from and I have found all of them to be comfortable, even when carrying a heavy shopping load. The buttons for raising the height and turning the handle are easy to operate. I've had many trolleys over the years and this is the best by far.
