Been using this for a while before workouts usually as I'm in the gym locker room immediately before workout. One scoop does me through the hardest part of the workout I feel.A slight tingling feeling around face but nothing as serious as others I've heard of or tried.I haven't went any more than one scoop so far 😂. Seems good quality works fast and flavour is pleasant.

I have no known allergies and have always been that way but I had a bad allergic reaction after consuming this. When I had consumed it roughly 10-15 minutes after I had a bad rash all over my face and arms and my ears went tomato red and felt like they were about to blow and it stayed that way for about an hour. It also made me feel sick for a few hours. The taste was okay but you could taste how artificial it was and it got very sickly near the end. It did however let me get some nice PRs that I wouldn't normally get so it definitely does work but it wasn't a great feeling. I also noticed slight headaches during my workout which I don't normally get. Take this review with a grain of salt since it's my personal experience and your experience may be different.
