L’ouverture du bocal n’est pas très grande mais suffisante et je ne voulais plus un couvercle en bois car le précédent semblait ne pas être entièrement étanche et quelques moisissures semblaient se former

Good kit for beginners. The temperature sticker works well and the silicone spoon is very handy. I alternate between putting my starter in this and an empty glass mayo jar. No complaints

Small jar with clear markings made learning how to handle a new sourdough starter easy. Too small to make multiple batches at once, but the elastic band was great for keeping track of timing. Well made, strong seal, and easy to clean after a short soak if dough has caked on. My only complaint was the wide mouth opening was still too narrow to easily add flour with my measuring spoons. I ended up purchasing a larger jar so I could make multiple loaves at once, but if you only plan on doing light baking this is a great product!
