This item is definitely second hand, makes an almighty noise when switched on, it weighs a ton. Crumples up paper through the rollers. Had masking tape attached to the ruler. Staples were all falling out. And i'm going to find it very expensive to send back to China and hopefully get a refund for a very expensive item.I did eventually receive contact from the seller and received a partial refund but the machine is still unsatisfactoryAfter lots of communication with the seller I was given a good refund for this item. I had to have it looked at by an engineer which cost me more money.Cannot fault the seller for communication was very good

This machine has been incredibly helpful to our church for folding bulletins. It has helped our process become more efficient and productive. It’s a quality product, and when I had an issue, the seller promptly provided help and a solution! Great customer service and great product!
