Had this product for a while and it barely heats!!!

I know what you're thinking: you just mounted the base in the wall, put your tiles up and you're ready to put the ribs. But at the first attempt you realize that the thing is an absolute junk. The top hole which is supposed to hold everything in place is simply missing and there is no way to secure ribs to the wall. You are in the pickle. Just ruined your day.You cannot send it back because the thing is already in the wall under the tiles. And you don't know how to install it without falling off the base completely. You start to panic and you check this very page for help.So for those who are here and know what I'm talking about, this is how you can save yourself from going nutsAnd yes, you will need to weld!You need to buy short bolts with a welding nuts. You need to weld those nuts in the top side of each of the base bracket (see photos). Then you need to drill precisely the top hole in each of the ribs. Install each individual and attach it to the wall base.But yet again, after all those two days of work and several trips to Home Depot I found after powering on that it simply doesn't heat. It just displays the temperature and does not heat the ribs.The Wi-Fi does not connect as the SmartLife App is failing to add the device.The whole thing is an absolute piece of junk. I'm going to complain to Amazon customer service and require a full refund. Hopefully they will send a replacement controller. If not, I'm going to have a non-functional piece of junk in my newly renovated bathroom.
