Amazing pan. Heavy good quality frying pan and has deep sides stopping food from falling out.Added bonus of a glass lid.There is a spot on the handle which turns red when pan has reached temperature.Highly recommended

The BALLARINI 1027803 Ledro Serving Pan with lid is a fantastic all round sauté pan which has a great weight, looks good and is a good all round size too.It’s the type of pan that’ll looks like it’ll last the test of time as it has a great premium looking all round look to it. The handle to pan size ratio is really good too, with it being surprisingly lighter than I was expecting by the initial look.Overall I’m incredibly happy with this sauté pan and think it’ll become one of the main kitchen rotation of cooking items. As it looks good and cooks well, it certainly earns my recommendation.

A superb quality fring pan very well made coated very very well and the lid fits suberbly well cleaning it is a breeze oils foods spices ect just wash off under a running tap the coating is that goodVery very highly recomended

This is a well made sauté pan by Ballarini, which is part of the Zwilling Group. It comes with a closely fitting glass lid and is made from 100% recycled aluminium (which includes off-cuts) and is relatively lightweight and easy to handle as a result. The base and the exterior have a composite coating that ensures even heat distribution and no hot spots, also ensuring compatibility with induction hobs (mine had no trouble detecting the presence of the pan).The interior is fully non-stick, so even my scrambled eggs came out cleanly. Use of a dishwasher is discouraged, possibly as the underside of the handle looks as though it could allow water to penetrate, but also (I imagine) to help extend the life of that non-stick coating.An interesting addition I haven’t seen before is their so named ‘thermopoint’ or essentially a hot spot. It gives you a quick glance guide to how hot the pan is so you can adjust the temperature as you cook, but also know that if red, the pan is hot and you need to wait for it to change to green before it is safe to touch or wash up.It is a good looking sauté pan that cooks evenly and with no sign of any hot spots on my induction hob. It’s easy to handle and a decent depth to cater for all sorts of dishes without being overwhelmed. I like the packing of the pan and lid in paper bags inside a cardboard box, which increases the good environmental credentials.

This pan is great! It's a really nice size and deep so it's really versatile. Love the heat spot on the handle to indicate when it's at optimal cooking temperature. Glass lid against adds extra functionality. It's solid and robust with a little weight that reflects its quality. Washes up well. Very pleased.
