Wanted to like these waders, felt good when received and no holes upon inspection.. used three times, on third use discovered a rip right above right boot. Very disappointing and made the hunt in 45 degree weather unbearable due to wet foot. Bought because camo pattern is very close to sitka camo gear I already had. Wasn't expecting sitka quality but for this to happen after three uses is unacceptable. Save your money.

Waders are awesome. They look great and material is lightweight and thin, very similar to my name brand waders I spent way more money on. The zippers and pockets are actually nice and something you usually only get on a more expensive pair, even the inside pouch is there(which was an accessory on my other pair). The only difference in them compared to other waders is the stocking feet. My other pair is really soft and nice, but honestly I can't even tell when wearing them, only when you compare them side my side. I've worn them 6 times so far, through brush and pretty much the worst of the worst, and they are holding up fine no leaks. I won't be buying anymore name brand waders anymore, these are it for me.

Shipping was overnight. This is my husband’s first set of stocking foot waders. He was a little nervous ordering an XL as he is a bigger guy and normally wears an XXL shirt and L to XL pants. We pushed forward and ordered the XL based off measurements. They arrived today and were a perfect fit. As soon as the ice is off the rivers and we can get out fishing we will decide for sure that these are a 5 star, but so far they are looking like it.Came with a repair kit.

First set of stocking foot waders having historically used boot foot waders. Pro's and con's to both, but given the uses and environments (duck hunting, trout stream fishing, saltwater wade fishing) I felt the stocking foot had greater utility and flexibility. I purchased these waders a while ago but haven't used them at all till this week.Spent two days wade fishing for redfish and speckled trout on the coast and the waders performed well. I used soft science terrafin boots (really like those boots - great in all environments including sand, mud, oyster bars).Pro's:Light - the weather was in the upper 80's and I didn't overheat even wearing the waders all day.Breathable - didn't really sweat even in the heat. Major improvement over my boot foot waders.Waterpoof - Obviously you'd expect them to be, but only one way to know for sureCamo - Not sure the camo makes any difference for fishing, but I like the digital pattern for duck hunting.Roomy - The sizing was good. On cold days, I could definitely layer underneath without feeling jammedCuffs - I like the cuff design. Neat little hook retainer on the bottom of the cuff to hook to your boots to help keep the sand out (at least surf fishing). I got very little debris into my boots despite spending almost two full days wading through sand other bay bottom sediment.Seams - the seams appear to be well done but time will tellZippers - worked well. No problems with them jamming, even when I had to do it one handed with a rod in the other.Sitting comfort - The waders were not uncomfortable to sit down in and the way they are sewn makes the knee room solid. Not sure I would personally call them articulated (like some of the biking clothing that I have or ski clothing), but it seemed to work and I wasn't restricted when sitting. This is important for duck hunting in-particular.Chest pocket - Was great for holding boxed lures.Hand warmer pocket - like the concept. Didn't really use on this trip. The liner seems like a good idea, especially in colder weather, but not sure over time whether it will absorb odors (fish, duck, swamp mud, etc...). You can always wash them I suppose.Plastic loop on suspenders - like these for attaching various things to. Clipped my popping cork to them for easy reach for example. I'll put a carabiner on each loop in the future. Jury is out on how well the plastic will hold up over time. If it doesn't, I'll look at some sort of stainless steel ring.Neutral:Belt - Really had to cinch this thing down to make it useful and the belt kept coming out of the loops. Not a huge deal and really more of a nuisance. This was probably due more to how I had it cinched than anything. I didn't attach anything to the belt (bait bucket, net, fish stringer) so not sure how it would have done. I'll probably attach some things to it next time I am salt water wade fishing. When I duck hunt, I'll have a secondary shell and game belt strapped over the waders.Storage bag - I like how the waders can be folded into a small package. I can compress them enough to get in a backpack or my fishing tackle bag.Con's -Stocking feet - wasn't a huge fan of the stocking feet. I'm not sure if I got the wrong size, but I used the sizing chart and felt like the waders fit me elsewhere. I do have relatively small feet for my size and weight (although my feet are 4E. The biggest issue was really around how the stocking feet fit into the boots. I went up multiple sizes with the boots (to accommodate the stocking feet obviously), but they were just not as comfortable in the water as they were when i was walking around the house in them. I'll keep experimenting with different inner socks (not trying the barefoot route yet) to see what works. This isn't a deal killer and wouldn't stop me from purchasing these waders again.Overall really pretty happy with the first time use and purchase. Time will tell how well they hold up, so I'll try to update this review as I use them in different situations and environments. I did rinse them after immersion in saltwater although I have no reason to believe that the materials being used will be impacted by salt residue.Update - was at the coast this past weekend (April 2020) for two days of wade fishing again. Waders were great. No leaks and was in water almost to the upper chest opening on the waders. Water was 74 degrees F and was more than comfortable, all day, both days. Will continue to post updatesMay 2020 - Trout fishing @ 7500ft elevation. Water temperature unknown. Air temp - 34F. Waders were great. No issues with leaks. Water was definitely cold but I wore some travel pants underneath and was fine. My feet did get a little cold but I wasn’t wearing wool/insulated socks. Happy with the purchase so far.
