These are my third consecutive pair of Bates boots, are really comfortable and perfect for any weather, rain, snow, hot or cold and are a light boots.

Only a few months in and they’re finished. The toes started to peel almost immediately, a couple eyelets have broken off and then the zipper on one boot broke shortly after. These were my husbands boots and he’s more of an office guy, so there’s no way these boots should have lasted less than 6 months. The most frustrating thing is the customer service. There’s no contact information on their Amazon page so I’ve emailed them a couple times on their web site and they’ve never responded. Very disappointing

I am a corrections officer and I do 10 plus miles a day at work. Day 1 with these boots, AMAZING. I first learned of Bates when I graduated Boot camp at Paris Island. The Dress shoes are Bates. For me the most comfortable shoes and now for me Boots as well. THANK YOU BATES
