This review is for "BeneLabel Climbing Holds, 18pcs Rock Wall Grips Kids Adult Climber Large Colorful Stones Set with 6 Ratchet Straps for Indoor Outdoor Climbing Frame Tree House Playground Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course."This is a great idea, but can be a bit tricky to use.Firstly the ratchet straps that are used to tie the climbing holds to the tree are, like any ratchet strap, good for tightening holds, but do not completely prevent sideways movement. In practice this means that unless the tree has ideal dimensions and some side branches to help support the ratchet straps, we found there was a gradual tendency for each strap to descend down the tree over time/usage.Second, the climbing holds are standard and not specially designed to accommodate a strap - this means the strap is twisted in order to fit it through the mounting holes, which makes it more difficult to install and causes weakening of the strap materials (these straps are always rated for use when flat and not twisted, so the actual method of fixing the climbing holds is inherently not as safe as it should be.Thirdly, I found when someone is actually climbing up and gripping each hold, there is a slight bit of movement each time weight is put on an individual hold - this is not ideal and did not inspire confidence.Finally the listing suggests this is suitable for age 7-14, and then separately suggests 14+. For the reasons above relating to instability, I probably wouldnt use this for 14+ so the listing is rather confusing in this aspect. I'll probably end up finding some secure long screw fixingsThe price at time of review was around £48, normally £60. Given that this is significantly more than climbing hold sets with proper secure fixing screws, I do think this is overpriced. Best used if you want to set up a climb temporarily and be able to easily move it somewhere else.

I use to be Really Good at Climbing Trees when I was a lot Younger (more than 40 Years ago), but Times have Changed and Kids seem to have Lost this Ability, mainly due to Preferring to Play Computer Games instead? - However, thanks to this Climbing Set, I’m Hoping to Bring Back this Skill to my Kids & Myself! We use to Hammer Long Sturdy Nails into the really hard to climb Trees back in the day, but that would be frowned upon now and in hindsight, it was actually quite cruel towards the Trees I guess? This item enables you to use Ratchet Straps to Secure Humanely the looped Climbing Rocks, which in turn gives you Hand & Feet Footings to use whilst trying to scale it - This Set-Up seems to Work Well and is Great Fun for the Whole Family. My only Slight Gripe with it though is the Price, as I just think it’s slightly Overpriced at £59.99? Bring it down about 1/3rd to say the £40 mark and then I think you’ll have a Physical Activity that may catch on like a House on Fire. Overall, it’s a Great Idea to Keep Everyone Fit & Healthy - But, the Current High Cost of it May Put Some People Off! Thank you.

Als ich jünger war (vor mehr als 40 Jahren), war ich wirklich gut im Baumklettern, aber die Zeiten haben sich geändert und die Kinder scheinen diese Fähigkeit verloren zu haben, vor allem, weil sie lieber Computerspiele spielen... - Mit diesem Kletterset hoffe ich, meinen Kindern und mir diese Fähigkeit zurückgeben zu können! Früher haben wir lange, starke Nägel in die Bäume gehämmert, die wirklich schwer zu erklimmen waren, aber das wäre heute verpönt, und im Nachhinein war es auch ziemlich grausam gegenüber den Bäumen, glaube ich? Mit diesem Artikel kann man die gewundenen Kletterfelsen mit Ratschengurten sicher befestigen, so dass man beim Klettern die Hände und Füße benutzen kann. Diese Konstruktion scheint gut zu funktionieren und ist ein Riesenspaß für die ganze Familie. Mein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Preis, denn ich finde ihn mit 59,99 € etwas überteuert? Wenn man den Preis um ein Drittel senkt, etwa auf £40, hat man meiner Meinung nach eine körperliche Aktivität, die wie ein brennendes Haus wirkt. Alles in allem ist es eine großartige Idee, alle fit und gesund zu halten - aber die derzeit hohen Kosten könnten einige Leute abschrecken! Vielen Dank.
