Heavy duty and large sturdy ground stakes. The auger blades run up 8 inches on the shaft, then the shaft is approximately another 9 inches. The blades are 3" in diameter. I like that they come with the driver bit to screw into the soil. These have some serious holding power. Very tight or rocky soil could pose a little problem, but the advantage with these is you need less bite than a standard straight spike, stake, or tent peg. Really impressed with the size of these. Could even use for a dog anchor with a nice long leash. Well made and heavy duty. These would be great for the beach or other soft soil situation as well, as you could get a wide and deep purchase over other methods and the driver attachment makes quick work of installing.

I bought the BeneLabel 4-Pack 18" Screw-in Ground Anchors to secure a trellis in my backyard, and they’ve far exceeded my expectations. Built from heavy-duty carbon steel, each anchor features a robust 30mm spiral blade that effortlessly digs deep into the soil, providing maximum holding power—even in windy conditions.Installation couldn’t be easier. The set comes with a 14mm drill sleeve that attaches to your drill. I used my Milwaukee M18, and each anchor took under 30 seconds to install. No manual effort, no struggle—just a quick and clean setup. One standout feature is the stainless steel O-ring buckle, which allows for smooth rope or strap attachment. It locks securely and gives you confidence that whatever you’re anchoring will stay put.Although I initially bought these for gardening, they’re incredibly versatile. You can use them for swing sets, sheds, carports, trampolines, tents, inflatable castles, fixed boats, trees, or even as dog tethers. They work great in soft or hard ground and provide solid hold every time. The only downside? The price. At $29.99 for a set of 4, it’s not the cheapest option out there. But given the quality, durability, and ease of use, it’s a worthwhile investment. If you need anchors that install fast and hold strong, this is the kit for you.

I used these carbon steel anchors on a fairly windy day anchoring a pop up canopy into sandy desert ground and they worked great. Plenty of holding ability that kept the canopy secure. They come with a 14mm drill bit that makes for easy drilling the 2’ anchor into the ground. Works for many different applications requiring items being securely anchored. Good fit and finish on the supplied components. I consider the Benelabel 24” Ground Anchors to be a decent value for the money.

At the hardware store, it appears that the longer the earth anchor shaft, the higher weight capacity. These don't have any weight capacity in the description page. It would be interesting to know what sort of wind force these are rated for. I also wonder if some of the strength is compromised by adding a threaded eye bolt to the end. But I can't find weight rating for those eye bolts either. In any event, these stakes are very heavy duty. They are easy to install with a drill or driver. They're very sturdy. It comes with it's own socket for installation. On one hand, that's good as that take the guess work out of figuring out which socket to use. But it's just another one-purpose tool that I need to put somewhere, and then remember where I put it the next time I need to use it.

PROS: Nicely made, sharp point, fast screw in and out action on most soil surfaces, super fast on sandy areas and perfect for tents or beach umbrellas or sun shade set ups and etc..., includes 14mm to 1/4 inch hex drive adapter to fit most drivers and power tool checks, long enough for most purposes, solid stainless steel thread-on eyelet. CONS: Use caution when spinning it in, once it bites, it can stop dead and spin your driver and twist your wrist, ouch! (Hint: set your chuck to less than "full on" if you have a torque adjustment, otherwise, make sure you use a tee handle for better stability if possible). Depending on soil/clay conditions, some of the rod may remain above the ground so you may want to color it or tie a bright ribbon on it so you don't trip. Black rod sticking out is hard to see at night around a camp site, so consider painting the rod with safety red or yellow reflective paint to increase visibility. The threaded holes for the eyelets are full of debris making threading them in extremely difficult, (Hint: blow out the hole with an air compressor or spray upside down into the holes with any spray solvent or spray lube to clean the threaded areas out prior to first use. Overall great value for fast good working anchors, enjoy!
