Gut als Diebstahlschutz, ohne den speziellen Schlüssel ist es nicht möglich es zu öffnen.

A more compact short extension. This thing is great and hasn't moved all through an Adventure bike trip going on rough roads, sandy washes where the bike went down 6 times in two days all while holding a 7" tablet. I would have no problem ordering this again.

I was looking for anti-theft RAM arm and the original products seemed horrible to me - bulky, heavy, expensive. The arm from BRCOVAN is a little hidden gem. The screw sits flush in the arm - cannot be unscrewed with pliers. You need a special security torx wrench (included) to undo the screw, so common street thieves won't be able to steal your mounted equipment. The arm is made of aluminum and feels really solid. The insides of the arms have small aluminum "teeth" that grab onto the 1" ball you insert. I wish the teeth were rubberized, because some of the 1" balls I tested still moved in this if I applied enough pressure. But it really isn't a big deal, the arm should do its job well enough and the anti-theft features are really sweet here.Weight of the arm: 42gWeight of the wrench: 12gThe only gripe I have with this product is bad quality control. I ordered one of these and the wrench didn't fit the screw properly on one side. Must have been a manufacturing defect. I had to order another arm, and this time the new arm had some nicks in the aluminum, although the wrench worked fine on both sides. So keep that in mind and be prepared to make returns. Despite all this nuisance, I still give this 5* because I am really happy with how the anti-theft feature works and how difficult it is to find a comparable product with this level of anti-theft.

Habe schon Einiges vom RAM Mount System, aber deren große Schrauben sind mir einfach zu globig und dann noch der Schlüssel zwecks Diebstahl Sicherung dazu.Daher kam mir dieser Artikel wie gerufen, nicht nur leichter und trotzdem robust.Vor allem verschwindet dessen Schlüssel in der kleinsten Werkzeugbox.Einziges Manko,je nach dem wo man den Halter verbaut, wird es bissl fummelig mit dem Schlüssel.Da jedoch das andere System nicht besser ist, ziehe ich dafür keinen Stern ab.

Mit dieser Lösung habe ich in Kombination mit dem „FANAUE Magnetische Autohalterung“ eine sehr gute iPhone-Halterung fürs Auto bekommen.Durch den Verzicht auf die Flügelschraube erhält man eine schön kompakte Bauform.Der Halter macht auch einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung!!!
