I was so bummed when I lost my original pieces and I was delighted to find this replacement. I’m so happy that they fit snugly on my aeropress and works just as they are supposed to.

This is a set of two caps: one to cover the otherwise open Aeropress Go piston, another to contain the entire Aeropress Go kit.Aeropress does not offer a piston cap, so this part is a nice addition.This larger, floppier set cap replaces the original red one included in the Aeropress Go, is slightly more substantial and grippier, though just slightly.Piston cap is an additional feature absent from original Aeropress Go, keeps things nicely contained, though doesn’t fit in cup, so requires packing Go for travel with piston inverted.I prefer Aeropress Flow Control Cap with travel set (at home I use original funnel, too bulky for travel), as it fits small-mouth drinking bottles; also I use combination of paper filter next to coffee, then metal filter, makes for a more reliably neat & tidy cleanup.However, set cap (the larger, floppier one) won’t fit everything including piston cap, flow control filter cap, and paper filter holder.Cosmos bag for all of this fits everything, contains more securely than original red or this Cafemasy set cap (either can and has fallen off in napsack), and adds additional carry loop that will attach around things, is only slightly larger than Go itself.Aeropress Go by itself works fine, additions described here are bells and whistles, but I like the combination even better.
