Sehr gut mit einem kleinen Schönheitsfehler, zumindest für Pingelige wie mich 😉.Der Winkel als Ganzes macht einen guten und stabilen Eindruck, und die Schrauben zum Herstellen des Winkels, der zerlegt geliefert wird, können ausreichend fest angezogen werden, um eine dauerhafte Verbindung zu gewährleisten.Schön finde ich auch, dass die Schraube zur Verbindung mit der Kamera lang genug ist, um auch die sicher zu befestigen.Was mich etwas stört, ist das blanke Metall, dass seitlich gegen die Kamera drückt. Da wäre eine kleine Gummiauflage ganz schön gewesen, um die teilweise lackierte Oberfläche der Kamera nicht zu verkratzen. Nichts, was man nicht nacharbeiten kann, aber das wäre eben das letzte Quäntchen gewesen.Insgesamt für den Preis aber wirklich prima.

I've just received this L-bracket. Normally I wait a few months to write a review but in this case, as there are no mechanical or electronic working parts and I see no reason why there should be any wear or tear issues. Assembled in moments without the need to look at any instructions, it simply fits together via two solid hex-head screws via the Alum or Allan key provided. The screw for attaching to the base-plate of the camera is easy to locate and unfold with the fingers and does not require over tightening as the base of the camera grips onto the rubber mounting of the bracket so nicely that I found it was secure without any movement even though if I wanted I probably could have given it another half turn however it wasn't necessary. I tested for any movement and there was nothing. The slot on the plate to which the camera fits is long enough that I could have ensured the battery compartment was clear to open by moving the camera further along the bracket. My Peak Design travel tripod uses an Arca Swiss compatible quick release clamp and the bracket fitted perfectly onto the clamp of the tripod head making the transition from horizontal to vertical almost instantaneous. I'm now confident that when mounted vertically, the centre of gravity for the camera is always centred nicely and I need not fear any over-balance issues when turning the camera on its side rather than rolling the ball head and camera over together with the weight being off-centre.For those video people amongst us, there are plenty of additional standard screw holes in both plates for additional mics and equipment.On one particular review I read there was some concern about a possible lack of strength with the two plates being held together with screws. Not only do I not see this as a strength issue since the screws are substantial enough to bear more weight than a full size DSLR body and lens but I view it as a bonus. I am shortly travelling around the Philippines and I can easily take the bracket apart if I want and lay the two halves of the bracket flat into what will become quite a tight space in my back-pack although in every day use, I am likely to leave them connected as an L-plate.In short, this appears to be a great sturdy bit of kit at a very reasonable price. It remains to be seen if the glue holding the rubber grip onto the plates withstands the heat of the tropics but so far, 10/10. I will update this review if I come across any problems, which I think are unlikely.

Well made item although I did struggle where the screw went that goes into the camera, but got there in the end. Will need to tighten it a bit more than with ur fingers/hand so a dinner plate knife not the sharp one will suffice or one of those small flat head screwdrivers. L-Brackets seem to be unnecessarily expensive... the ones I was looking at where anywhere from £50 to £150..... I couldn't justify this amount for the very occasional use I would like one for....... however, this one (around £13 at time of purchase) seemed too good to be true. I was expecting cheap and fragile but what I've got is solid and does the job perfectly. Yes, it restricts flippy screen movement a little but again, for my limited use, worth it for the cost saving.

Vielleicht hätte man auf die Luftpoltserfolien zur Verpackung der beiden Teile verzichten können.Die L-Halterung muss noch zusammengeschraubt werden, was mit den Schrauben und dem mitgelieferten Werkzeug sehr einfach geht. Auch hier hätte man sicher statt zwei Sechskant-Schlüsseln mit einem auskommen können. Ich habe für meine Olympus E-M1 II lange nach einer Schnellwechselplatte gesucht. Diese hier passt sehr gut, natürlich nur, wenn der Handgriff entfernt ist, aber den braucht man auf dem Stativ eh nicht. Die Platte ist sehr wertig gefräst, sitzt fest und verrutscht auch nicht. An der E1X passt die Platte wegen des bestehenden Griffs nicht, aber eine Kamera auf dem Stativ reicht sowieso. Ich würde die Platte wieder kaufen.

You can tell straight away that you have bought a quality product. Everything is as it should be. Plus, being well packaged always makes a difference and this item was. Four stars for now and will review again in a few months to add a star or take some away based on performance.

Suchte einen L-Winkel für meine Sony. Für sie gibt es einen speziellen Winkel der aber schlecht abschneidet da das Batteriefach nicht mehr zugänglich sei. Also kam er für mich nicht in Frage. Dann diesen Universal Winkel bestellt und festgestellt dass er zum einen top verarbeitet ist, keine Grate die stören, nichts. Sie passt wunderbar unter die Kamera, man kommt an alle Eingänge. Ich lasse sie immer an der Kamera. Man kann die Schiene leicht verschieben und in die gewünschte Position bringen. Für mein Stativ perfekt. Rasend schnell von der Horizontale in die Vertikale. Ich bereue es nicht sie für das wenige Geld gekauft zu haben und kann den L-Winkel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!

Purchased this for attaching to a newly purchased Vanguard tripod and Canon EOS 250d. I takes just a few minutes once unpacked to assemble it with all relevant Allen keys and bolts supplied. Rather than having to reposition the ball head to switch between landscape and portrait shots, having this means with a perfectly levelled ballhead, it was quicker to remove and reposition the camera than adjust the ballhead. Once Assembled with the bolts well tightened, this L-bracket was a breeze to use, is a perfect fit and seems rock solid. For the money this is a steal compared to well known brands and does the exact same job. Bargain!
