Good platform for the money, not name brand but works. It's heavy but very solid, locks down tight. Would recommend.

Good little platform to hunt light, looks solid, to be seen in time.Necessary for camouflaging certain noise.

The platform came missing the bolt and washer that you use to secure the strap to the tree. The platform also has chips on the finish.

Overpriced for what you get. Get a “Grit” brand by tethrd. Needs a better strap to attach to tree. Like the loop only style. Strap Hardware is heavy. Needs an easier screw head to turn for adjustments. Comes sandblasted bright aluminum. So be ready to paint and let cure for a week or so. Screw head to base is very loud so use stealth tape and wrap key points.

So this is a really nice saddle hunting platform at a very good price.What do you give up by not buying one of the name brand stands at 3-4x the price? Two things really that add up to no more than $25 worth of improvements. 1) the strap that comes with this one is adequate, but you can upgrade it easily enough to either a more substantial ratchet strap - or a lighter Amsteel strap made for hanging platforms of this type. And 2) this stand really stands out as it is unfinished aluminum. Buy a can of Krylon camo paint and give it a dusting.
