It’s an easy option that functions well. A nice addition to my UTV which can be loud enough to make cabin conversations difficult.The headphones do seem tight but not impossible to wear for an hour or two.The Bluetooth features seem fussy. And when you turn them on you get told to connect to the app. This isn’t necessary to use as an intercom.There is about a 1/4 second delay in voice. You only notice when looking at each other while talking.I suspect that delay is part why they opted not to provide any sidetone (hearing your own voice through the headset). This would make conversation more natural but not critical.The biggest issue is the price of admission. A pair is just under a grand but you really aren’t getting that much technology out of them. And if you need more than that the benefits do not triple.I wish I could find a simpler solution that costs less but there really aren’t better options.Pros-excellent battery life-good voice quality-well built-good range-possibly the easiest solution availableCons-expensive-a fair amount of delay in voice communication-non-intuitive controls (need to keep your manual handy)-no sidetone of your own voice, so conversation doesn’t sound as natural

We were getting tired of yelling at each other in our side by side so we finally bought two of these. I was about to stuff them back in the box because I could not pair them with blue tooth. Do not try to use the code scan thingy on your instructions to get an app or go to Apple Store for it. They are terrible. Go to Cardo website and download it. Then it works well and they pair up. When I tested these out I was 100' from my wife running my wood splitter and she could barely hear it when I talked. They are great in the buggy. Good sound block and excellent voice sound.

Expensive, but great quality. These things really block out the noise, like dead silence. The music quality is very good. I wish the bass was deeper, but it's on par with most other headphones I've tried on at the store. Not as good of bass as my old Beats... But equal to the current Beats models if that helps you compare. It's all lacking some bass. Exceptional quality all around.

Really wanted to like this product. But unfortunately these just don’t do it.If you are spending $500 for headset and intercoms look at other systems.1. These headsets feel TERRIBLE. Couldn’t wear them for more than 5 minutes. Ear pieces are hard and have basically no cushion. Hurts your head.2. Sound quality is atrocious. Just because they are “JBL” doesn’t mean anything. Similar audio quality to a pair of headphones from the dollar store.3. Ear piece foam uses specialized mounting clips that no other headphones use. You can’t change them out at all.4. Skeptical of the 15DB NRR. Tried them on in a noisy environment and didn’t block out much sound.5. Boom mic is on the right side ear. Just feels wrong. Every other headphones (gaming, racing, etc) are on the left.Not worth it at all.You’d have better experiences buying Sony WH1000XM5 and a walkie talkie and still be $100 cheaper

I’m giving this product only 2 stars due to the defective headphone. I returned it a week ago and am still waiting for a refund or replacement. Until it broke, we loved these! I’ll revise my review depending on the resolution of the issue.
