Mounted the coil on a 130212 B&S motor, works really well. Takes around 5min to install. Used around 0.5mm gap to magnet.

Ein alter B&S 5HP Generator (Bosch) mit Unterbrecherkontakt springt nicht mehr, keine Zündfunke. Neue Zündspule mit neuen Kontakten brachte keinen Erfolg. Wollte den Generator schon wegwerfen, weil ich davon ausgehen musste, dass der Zündmagnet zu schwach geworden ist. Als letzter Versuch wurde die kontaktlose Carkio Zündspule bestellt und eingebaut. Zündung funktioniert und der Motor sprang sofort wieder an. Besser geht es nicht! Reparieren ist besser als Neukauf, unbedintge Empfehlung!

Ordering this was a bit of a gamble, at the time when I ordered it I had to wait for it to come from China. Long wait and I didn't even know for sure if it would even fit my 5hp Briggs and Stratton engine. It did fit and the engine now runs again with no points or condenser required.One point I noticed the engine seems to run slightly slower however even while rotovating there is plenty of power.Good buy just hoping that after the winter it still works
