This rechargeable battery does not recharge or power the laptop w/o the mains power supply connected. It is not fit for the purpose it is advertised and sold for. How do I get a refund or replacement.

CM03 laptop batteries are among the quickest and easiest to install. This one from Cellonic arrives well packed in a sturdy thick-walled box that offers plenty of protection in transit. CM03 batteries have wide compatibility with HP laptops - the full list of compatible devices is given on the product page. I recommend wearing an anti-static wristband when you're working inside any computer, even if you're just replacing a laptop battery. These wristbands are cheap, they last indefinitely, and they prevent the wearer from frying computer components with static electricity from skin.Newly installed in an HP ZBook 14 G2, this battery is working well, as I'd expect from any new battery that contains grade-A cells. The real test of a laptop battery is how well it maintains its efficiency over hundreds of charging and discharging cycles. I don't yet have that date for this battery. For now it's performing perfectly. If that changes during the next year or two, I'll amend this review accordingly.There's no real risk to buying this Cellonic battery, as it comes with a 3-year guarantee - a rare thing among HP-compatible batteries, most of which come with 1-year's warranty only. The battery has several built-in protections and multiple safety certificates.So far so good. A quality product at a decent price.
