Have been hunting waterproof hats for a few years after realizing I have waterproof coats that don’t have hoods (guess I don’t carry an umbrella anymore). Got this to go with a trench coat I have and it is so flattering and stylish in person, imo more than the photos online. It isn’t lumpy or wrinkled, it walks a line between utilitarian and classy, especially in the beige. Love that it has a drawcord to keep it on in the wind, can be removed but in my experience it’s always the sudden gusts that do me in. It fits my slightly bigger than average size head very well, can be tightened. Looks great for travel since it could be stuffed into a bag if needed. It’s well made, seems durable, and seems like an absolute bargain (was seriously considering a $60 hat because I wanted style, and function). So happy with this I’m eyeing at least one more color, it looks really great.

Was wanting more than a ball cap for sun protection on the golf course. A little big but was able to cinch to fit. The chin strap is a great plus.
