Easy assemble and use. Great for the garden when the evening chill sets in. Throws out a good amount of heat to keep you comfortable. Strong and sturdy build and cheap enough to run. perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again

Beautiful to look at and watch the flames but not much heat. Then after having it on for an hour the tube went totally brown so could not see the flames. We've packed it up and put it in the garage as need a new tube now

Nice looking fire pit, easy to build and comes with the tools. Size is ideal for a small patio, not all of the metal gets hot so can move it if required.

This pellet torch was easy to assemble by first screwing on the cover to the combustion chamber, then the three legs, and finally the support for the glass tube. It took about 15 minutes to put it together, and once assembled it measures about 130 h) x 42 (w) x 34 (d) cm, with the glass tube itself measuring about 100 cm. It looks to be well constructed and robust with the wall of the glass tube being about 3 mm in thickness.I was concerned about what to do with the glass tube while igniting the torch, but then realised that I could slot it through the support and pivot it at slight angle away from the opening to the combustion chamber, and then fully insert it once the pellets were sufficiently alight.I placed the torch in a suitable place on out patio ensuring that it was at least one metre away from everything as recommended in the instruction booklet, and loaded the hopper with a small quantity of pellets. I then squeezed some BBQ gel lighter fluid into the combustion chamber and dropped a long lighted match on top of it. It started to ignite the pellets and after a few minutes flames started to appear, and once these were around the top of the combustion chamber I fully inserted the glass tube and successfully got flames shooting up it.It is said that when the hopper is full with about a kilo of pellets it should last for about 1.5 hours but as yet I cannot confirm this as I only added a small quantity of pellets just to see how it performed.Overall this pellet torch did perform as I had hoped although it probably doesn’t throw out as much heat as other wood burning patio stoves but it is quite attractive to look at nonetheless and more portable. It is though quite expensive for what it is even with the voucher offer.

This looks great on first using it. However after that first use the glass tube is not very clean due to flame and smoke , and due to it's length it's hard to clen all the way through. I also lit it no problem first time. However since then I've failed on several occasions to get it to light again? I've cleaned it out (No instructions to say to do this) and tried and tried again to no success. Again instructions very limited on best way to light it, I used fire starters first time and had no problems, but not worked since them? Looks great when working but seems a lot of hassle. Also it is NOT a heater, there's a small amount of heat comes off the glass, thats it you wont's be kept cosy in the garden in a group with the heat from it. It's a visual garden fire not a heating one.
