I was curious to try out this privacy filter. While I am not the target market, as I don't process sensitive data, I thought the blue light filtering may come in handyThe filter is a large hard clear sheet. The filter is designed to hang from the top of the monitor, unlike other filters that need to adhere to the screen. This is a fairly simple design but not that secure without the addition of adhesive pads. The filter works fairly well. When viewed from an angle the view is restricted, and at extremes it appears almost entirely black. The main issue is that the filter impacts the brilliance and hue of the screen. This is an issue if edit photos or videos.While it works as expected it does have some shortcomings. These could be overlooked if it wasn't for the price. There are monitors cheaper than this filter. If you have a specific use case then it may be worth a look as the quality is ok.

This is very well made and hung on my 27" monitor without any fixings. It does darken the display somewhat, but that is expected and compared with older generation privacy screens it's a massive improvement.In use it worked well enough, but it wasn't perfect and as with everything there are compromises. I found when close up viewing the monitor at an angle, it did an excellent job of obscuring the display. When further back in the room at the same angle, the effect was more subtle. It was still obscured, but not as blacked out and simply more difficult to see what was displayed.It lost a star only because while my monitor is a standard 27" display, the privacy filter was around 1cm short on the width. Basically i had around 5mm either side on my screen that the filter didn't cover. In terms of privacy there isn't much given away in those edges, but they're noticeably brighter compared to the filtered section.This does a good job and the clarity is excellent, it's not perfect, but then show me filter product that is without it be completely impractical!

No need to stick the screen to the monitor as this one just hooks on within seconds. The screen arrives in a strong cardboard case that is padded. You can use this case to store the screen. The screen also comes with a cleaning cloth. The privacy works well, and I had to be front facing to see what was on the screen. This screen is at a decent price as well compared to other types as it is a solid plastic screen that is easily removed as it does not stick on. It is not the usual floppy plastic sheet like other types.

Great design - just hooks over the top of the monitor and stays in place. Very effective as both a privacy and anti-glare screen. Fits extremely well and looks neat.
