Ein guter Heimtrainer, auf Empfehlung meiner Schwester gekauft!! Schnell aufgebaut und fährt sich super. Lässt sich individuell einstellen und man kann sich immer mehr steigern. Der ist leise (nicht wie mein alter) und ist im paddeln sehr soft. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist auch top.

Vorweg: Ich bin durchweg zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Geliefert wurde in einem größeren Karton in Einzelteilen. Der Aufbau ist auch ohne Anleitung sehr schnell durchführbar, alles ist selbsterklärend. Das Rad macht nicht nur einen stabilen Eindruck, es ist auch so durch die massive Konstruktion. Der Sitz und der vordere Halter lassen sich in der Höhe anpassen, bei ersten sogar noch in der horizontalen.Zum Betrieb: Der Sitz ist sehr komfortlich auch für eine längere Trainingseinheit. Die Schwierigkeit lässt sich stufenlos über einen Drehknopf einstellen. Es macht sehr viel Spass damit zu trainieren.

I ordered this spin bike for my home gym to assist me with a range of cardio, building muscle in my legs, and to help with some physio for my knee joints. I’ve had a mixed experience with it, and I’ll outline the main good and bad bits below.Positives- Function and performanceThere’s not much to elaborate on here other than it does what it says on the tin. I’m able to achieve a high-intensity workout at home, which is what I wanted. You can adjust the tension easily to change the workout type, and I find the range of this tension available sufficient for my training requirements at home. I’m particularly glad that a high-tension cycle does infact leave my quads aching – it's effective.- Solid buildI noticed immediately that the build of this bike is very robust. The main structure is built from steel instead of plastic, making it heavyweight. Overall, the structure of the bike looks and feels high-quality. Despite putting it together myself, I’m confident in putting my full weight on it – it feels secure and strong, and it doesn’t wobble on the floor either.- Home use compatibilityThis bike is completely silent when cycling, which is my favourite thing about it. If you have neighbours downstairs, they will hear nothing from this machine running. Additionally, the bike doesn’t wobble on its feet to cause any noise or damage to my floors. The holder for the phone/tablet is a useful touch and devices stay secure in the holder with little risk of falling.Negatives- The monitorUnfortunately, the bike is mostly let down by an inaccurate monitor. If you do not care much for tracking stats, you might not find this an issue. To elaborate, the calorie counter is way off and overestimates the amount of calories burned. This is made even more inaccurate by the fact I can’t input my weight and height into the machine for it to track it correctly in the first place. The distance also claims to track in kilometres but according to the machine, I’m cycling half a kilometre in 2 minutes, which is completely inaccurate.- Comfort Unfortunately, there’s little positive to say about how comfortable the bike is. The seat is hard and not padded enough and hurts for me to sit on. The pedals are not comfortable with socks on, so I always have to put shoes on when cycling.- Cycling positionI’ve found it very difficult to get a comfortable cycling position on the bike. I’m 5”2 so on the smaller side. The seat doesn’t lower enough, and the handles aren’t close enough to my body; this means I have to hunch over too much. The bike is designed that the higher I raise the handles, the further they are pushed from my body, so it’s a lose-lose situation for my height.- WeightThis bike is incredibly heavy. While it is good to be solid so it doesn’t tip over, I find the weight excessive. The package it arrived in weighed almost 30kg. If you live alone, you must be prepared to handle a lot of weight. I spent half an hour wrestling it out of the box; it was hard work. Once it’s fully constructed, however, this is less of an issue, as you won’t be moving it as much, and there are wheels attached to push it around.- ConstructionOn a final note, I found this particularly difficult to build compared to other DIY projects and builds. The instructions were difficult to follow. It was also very confusing at first not having a separate bag of washers and screws (for anyone wondering, they’re already screwed into the parts, and you need to take them out again). It took about 2 hours on and off to build.

Das Fahrrad tut, was es soll. Für einen Anfänger wie mich optimal. War leicht aufzubauen. Die Lenkradstange sitzt nicht ganz fest und wackelt dadurch ein wenig. Ist aber ok. Der Abstand von Sattel zu Lenker wünschte ich mir etwas kürzer (der Sattel wurde schon ganz nach vorne geschoben (ich bin 1,68 m).

Vorteile:Der Heimtrainer ist wirklich schnell aufzubauen, sehr leise im Betrieb und steht stabil. Wahrscheinlich trägt er sogar die angegebenen 150kg.Aber die Nachteile:Man kann keinen genauen Belastungswert vorgeben. Der Widerstand wird durch eine Schraube ausschließlich nach Gefühl eingestellt. Es gibt auch keine Anzeige für die Belastung.Und die Umdrehungszahl wird auch nicht gemessen. Schwierig, damit ein Trainingsprogramm einzuhalten.Die Anzeige zeigt nacheinander:- Die Zeit (max. 99,59 Min.)- Die Geschwindigkeit- Einen rückstellbaren Odometer (~ Tageskilometerzähler), wobei unklar ist, ob die Strecke in Kilometern oder in Meilen angezeigt wird- Einen nicht rückstellbaren Odometer (~ Gesamtkilometer/-meilenzähler?, bis 9999, nicht rückstellbar)- Verbrauchte Kalorien- PulsDie Anzeige wechselt alle 6 Sekunden in dieser Reihenfolge, das ist nicht verhandelbar.Die Zahlen sind sehr groß, die Bezeichnungen dafür leselupenklein.Die Werte, die man löschen kann (Zeit, Kalorien, 'Tageskilometerzähler') , müssen durch Knopfdruck in der Zeit zwischen Training/Belastung und dem Ausschalten des Geräts einzeln gelöscht werden.Bei Unterbrechung oder Nichtmehrbenutzung stoppt die Trainingszeit sehr schnell.Der Pulsmesser arbeitet sehr langsam, man muss mindestens 4 Durchläufe (je nachdem, wie hoch der Puls ist) abwarten, bis die Anzeige nicht mehr steigt.Da der Heimtrainer nur für Benutzer bis 1,85 m geeignet ist, ist das problematisch. Alles was länger ist, drückt sich den Magen ab. Insbesondere beim langen Warten auf die Angabe des Pulswertes.Der Sattel lässt sich kaum zurückzustellen, nach vorn ist mehr Spielraum.Zweimalige Nachfrage beim Händler hat nicht geholfen, offenbar gibt es auf diesem Kontinent keine Sattelstützenverlängerung (chinesische Produktion) und die Aufnahme des Sattelklobens lässt nur Standard-Anschlüsse zu.Es gibt auch keine Erklärung für das mögliche Verhalten des Odometers ('Gesamtkilometerzähler'), wenn 9999 erreicht ist.Der Einstieg wurde durch die Montage von Cupholder und Einstellschraube für die Belastung (Widerstand) künstlich erschwert; um nirgendwo gegenzustoßen steigt man am besten wie auf ein Herrrenrad.Die Bedienungsanleitung kommt in Kleinstschrift und wurde nicht aus dem Englischen übersetzt.Ein Trafo wird nicht mitgeliefert, den Strom liefern AA-Batterien (Mignon).Insgesamt würde ich das Gerät nicht noch einmal kaufen, andererseits sehen die Alternativangebote so ähnlich aus, dass ich baugleichheit unterstellen würde.

First off, before I give this a review I want to manage expectations. If you're in the market for something thats technologically advanced, with all the bells and whistles, the extra padding and cushioning, then I would say this bike isn't for you and as such, it's reflected in it's price.This excerise bike take a no frills approach, with a basic outdated LCD screen, displaying figures that inaccurate. The seat although adjustable, is not comfy and after prolonged use you would feel it. The style and design of the bike resembles a spinning bike. Assembly was pretty straightforward, having done a few bikes in my time. The all-metal build quality gives it a robust, durable, weighty feel and as such when in use, it's incredible stable and yet suprisingly quiet.You also get a phone/tablet holder which is a good touch, and is especially warranted, as you don't want to look at the hideous LCD display. The cage pedals aren't exactly comfortable and require you to wear proper footwear. A bottle holder is also supplied that fits to the frame. If you've never used a spinning bike, it will take a little bit of time to get used to, as initially the riding position will feel uncomfortable.Overall, excellent built quality, good perfomance, inferior tech but excellent value for money.
