Good product, it works for my Galaxy S3!! I used it in the swimming pool, in the lake and also in the sea and the water never enter in the case. I took photos in the sea and the pictures were very nice and I even try to make a video in the sea while I was scuba diving and the video was amazing! I bought another one for my new Galaxy S5

This is a tough item to review. Why? Because on one hand it did protect the phone from the elements, but on the other, the phone was not usable in certain situations and the case actually caused strange phone behavior.I am a big fan of the Dicapac products. I had great success with the as you can see in my review of it.http://www.amazon.com/review/R6QMOUWTNO77JI took the WP-i10 on a cruise when I still had an iPhone 4. There were times when the touchscreen would not work on the iPhone 4 with the WP-i10, but overall, it worked great. We got wonderful pictures that we wouldn't have obtained without the case. We were planning another cruise, and we now had a Samsung Galaxy S3. So we had to get a new case. This Dicapac WP-c1 fit the bill. Just as I did with the WP-i10 version, I tested the case...Upon arrival, we carefully opened the packaging, looked the case/pouch over to ensure it was in good shape, and then put it to the test. We placed a paper towel into the pouch, zipped it, folded over the two velcro covers, and then submerged it in our sink. We swished it around, yanked it in circles, and then left it in the sink with something weighing it down for over 2 hours. We then took it out, dried it off well, unfolded the velcro portions, made sure the seams were dry, and opened it up. The paper towel came out as dry as when we put it in.So we took the case with us, confident that it would protect our phone (which was to be used for pictures while swimming and snorkeling).Once we went on our first outing, disappointment set in. The issues with the touchscreen usage were much worse with the Galaxy S3 and the WP-c1. In fact, I could not use the touchscreen at all while underwater, or even when I came above water. At times, the screen would go crazy and act as if the screen was being pushed in multiple locations. Menus would fly up and down. And just a lot of sporadic activity would occur.I did download a 3rd party camera app that allows me to use the volume buttons to take pictures (that way I didn't need to use the screen), and when I got the flicker issues to stop (not sure how), it worked for a few snapshots. But overall, the screen issues became too much.Fortunately, we had a backup in a . It took pictures like a dream. It doesn't include GPS - which is one reason I like to use my phone as my camera. But the pictures came out great, so we were happy despite the issues with this case.I'll repeat, the case kept the phone dry and safe. So in a sense, it did its job. And I understand that the phone is partly to blame for the issues here. The touch feature is different between the iPhone and Samsung. But I still wanted a case that worked with the phone with which it claims to work.I believe the issues stem from the case's window getting sucked up against the touchscreen and maybe the phone thinking it is being touched. So maybe adding something to create a gap between the phone and case window would make it work correctly. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to mess around with workaround. Maybe next time.
