Einige Vorschläge für den Kunden:
1.Stellen Sie sicher, dass ein Übertragungssignal in Ihrem Bereich verfügbar ist und dass es stark ist.
2.Wenn das TV-Netzteil keinen USB-Ausgang zum Anschluss der TV-Antenne hat, kann ein intelligentes USB-IC-Netzteil mit eingebautem Überdruckschutz nützlich sein.
3.Stellen Sie sicher, dass die TV-Antenne korrekt installiert ist (Anweisungen sind im Lieferumfang enthalten) und dass der ANTENNA/KABEL IN-Anschluss in gutem Zustand ist.

5.Walk rund um das Haus und wählen Sie einen Ort für die Antenne, versuchen Sie, sie an einer Wand, Fenster oder näher an der Außenseite für besseren Empfang zu montieren. Nachdem Sie die Antennenposition eingestellt haben, scannen Sie die Kanäle erneut.

Leider ein Reinfall. Auf 2 verschiedenen TVs und mit verschiedenen Einstellungen war kein einziger empfangbar. Zurück damit. Bei Amazon zum Glück kein Problem.

I live in a hilly city and found this Smart TV digital antenna to be a bit subjective due to the terrain. At times, it worked ok, then at other times not so much. It seems that the signal may have been interrupted for some reason or another. I did like the smaller size of the antenna compared to my other one, but if it cannot deliver a consistent signal for areas like mine, I simply cannot recommend it.

This is a nice-looking digital antenna, but for some reason in my situation, I could not get it to pick up certain channels. I have another antenna that is flat and worked great but when I hook this one up, it would not receive the same channels at all. I tried moving to different spots, but it just didn't seem to work. It looks nice and feels like it's good quality but none of that really matters if I can't pick up any TV channels with it. Maybe I got it dud?

Die Antenne wurde intuitiv angeschlossen -kein Hexenwerk. Beim ersten Suchlauf - der übrigens weniger als 2 Minuten dauerte -wurden 78 TV Sender gefunden, obwohl in der Freenet Card nur 61 Sender versprochen wurden. Wir sind positiv beeindruckt.
