Ich bin kein Profi, in der Firma habe ich ein ähnliches Headset allerdings um 200€.Im Vergleich dazu passt dieses Headset gut zum Preis, der Sound ist passend, das Mikrofon habe ich noch nicht testen können.Was nervt sind die LED's am Headset, wenn ich den Laptop in den Standby schalte, ist auch die Versorgung der Dockingstation abgeschaltet und die LED's am Headset blinken rot/blau.Wenn es im Raum dunkel ist, macht das ein unangenehmes Licht.

Ich nutze das Headset in erster Linie für Webkonferenzen und das sehr häufig. Im Grundsatz ist die Funkanbindung sehr angenehm, ich kann problemlos zur Kaffeemaschine (eine Etage tiefer), ohne dass es Verbindungsprobleme gibt.Das Gewicht ist natürlich deutlich höher als bei meinem schnurgebundenen Headset, aber kein Problem, wenn man ruhig sitzt. Das Headset lässt sich auch länger tragen (auch mit Brille) ohne dass es unbequem wird. Wenn man allerdings den Kopf viel bewegt oder nach unten sieht, merkt man das Gewicht schon, dann rutscht das Headset.Die Sprachqualität ist merkbar schlechter als bei meinem schnurgebundenen Headset, aber für Webkonferenzen OK. Bei der direkten BT-Verbindung zum Rechner ist es besser als bei der Verbindung über das beiliegende USB-Dongle. Schön, dass man zwei Geräte verbinden kann, beispielsweise PC und Smartphone.Nicht wirklich zufrieden bin ich mit der Akkulaufzeit. Dauert die Webkonferenz mehr als 2-3 Stunden, dann braucht man ein Ersatzgerät, weil der Akku leer ist. Das ist natürlich lästig. Von 50 Stunden Sprechzeit, wie es beworben wird, kann nicht annähernd die Rede sein. Die Akkulaufzeit weicht so stark von den beworbenen Eigenschaften ab, dass ich schon überlegt habe, den Hersteller zu kontaktieren. Habe aber keinen Ansprechpartner gefunden. Wenn man lange Sprechzeiten braucht, würde ich von diesem Gerät eher abraten. Man sollte in jedem Fall noch ein zweites Gerät greifbar haben, wenn in der Webkonferenz der Akku leer geht.Update: Ich habe den Hersteller erreicht und er tauscht das Headset aufgrund des Problems mit der Akkulaufzeit aus. Das ist ein toller Service, freundlich und ganz problemlos. Dafür 5 Sterne!

Wurde pünktlich geliefert, und soweit scheint alles in Ordnung äusserlich, allerdings fiel auf dass das Gerät schon mal in Benutzung war, vermutlich Rückläufer, da jetzt auch nicht mehr verfügbar bei amazon, war möglicherweise das Letzte Gerät. Die Verpackung war unordentlich, der Transportbeutel einfach reingeworfen und war schon zerknittert, Verpackung nicht versiegelt. Jedenfalls scheint alles zu funktionieren wie angepriesen, die Konnektivität mit Smartphone klappt gut, der Dongle wird wird direkt von Windows erkannt und lässt sich konfigurieren. Die Sprach- und Hörqualität am Iphone ist gut, laut und deutlich auf beiden Seiten. Musik oder Musikvideos über den PC abgespielt ist allerdings nicht ratsam, auch für HiFi Anlage ungeeignet, sehr eingeschränkte Musik-Klangqualität, kommt mit einem uralt Kabel-Reisekopfhörer von Sennheiser PX-100 um Längen nicht mit! Tragekomfort geht so, mehr als 1 Stunde würde ich allerdings nicht aushalten, bei warmen Wetter wahrscheinlich noch weniger.

The Bluetooth Headset, Wireless Headset With Microphone Noise Canceling & USB Dongle arrived within retail packaging inside the cardboard outer.Inside the box was the headset itself, the stand, charging cable, soft storage bags, Bluetooth dongle and instructions. I’m using it using with the built-in Bluetooth in my computer so won’t comment on the supplied dongle. Setting up the Bluetooth connection was easy and I have found the stand much better than hanging the headset over the edge of my desk as I did with my previous one. The earpads are really comfortable and the buttons are conveniently placed. The sound quality is excellent, as is the battery life as it allows a full day of usage with Teams without any worry about them going flat. Overall this is an excellent headset with nothing to fault.

For phone calls and voice stuff, these phones are very superior; calls are very clear and easy, and several people have commented on how clear my voice is.For music and media sound quality, they are good: not super hi fidelity but decent enough - way better than most mic/headsets. They connect to two devices at once, so I use them with my Mac to edit videos (part of my work) and my phone - when a call comes in they mute the sound from the Mac. They’re great for this because I get the best of both worlds. I need decent detailed sound for my video work but I also sometimes need to operate my Mac when I’m talking to clients, and this is where the calls capability and the boom mic come in - my hands are free to use my keyboard and mouse whilst I'm talking and I don’t have to swap headsets like I used to.They connect to my Mac via the supplied USB dongle and to my phone via bluetooth. I have used these with a very old PC that does not have modern Bluetooth capability; because of the USB dongle they sound really great - better than anything else could using the PCs built in old-style Bluetooth.The ’phones are very comfortable - I can wear them for a couple of hours before my ears start feeling compressed and hot. The ear pads are very soft and there’s a lot of adjustment in the ear pieces. For some reason I want the mic on the right but the correct way for these is mic on the left - not really an issue at all.Build quality is really nice - well made, decent quality plastics and fabrics and they feel substantial - like a quality bit of kit. I like the supplied charging stand - I can just plonk them on at night and they’re topped up and ready the next morning. I say, “plonk” but in reality it’s not that easy - they’re actually annoyingly fiddly to locate properly on the stand - a certain amount of feeling back and forth for the stand to locate in the ‘phones is necessary - again, a minor thing really - it could even be down to my dubious technique.Weirdly, the ‘phones come with quite a nice drawstring bag - I’m really not sure when I should use this or what it’s for. I never carry the ‘phones anywhere and when I’m not using them, they’re on their charging stand.All in all, very nice bit of kit - if you’re in the market for a decent headset with mic for calls but also need decent sound quality, these fit the bill.

Ansich ist das Headset gut, von der Handhabung, schnell zu verbinden, drückt nicht etc.Aber jeder 10. Am Telefon kann mich nicht verstehen, ich werde es leider zurück geben.

As someone who spends a lot of time on video calls via mostly Microsoft Teams, but also used on both Zoom, and Google Meet, I've been looking for a lightweight comfortable to wear headset, and it has exceeded my expectations.The sound clarity is super clear and the volume is excellent, i can make very loud when I'm in a noisy environment which is very useful.The ear pads feel soft, allowing me to wear them for long periods without any discomfort, even during extended meetings, sometimes up to an hour or more. I've had not reports that my mic is not clear, so that also works very well.Setting up the Bluetooth was a really easy on my desktop computer, and the charging stand is not only functional but also looks stylish, it has a little blue light strip at the bottom to indicate charging.Overall , this is a reliable headset for professional and personal use.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.
