it works and its the “right” plug,but i order it for the L shaped plug and i got the straight l shaped plug

So the plug for this PTT doesn't work with a Yaesu radio, the radio I used is Yaesu FT-60r. The PTT's connector is not long enough and does not transmit. If you want to use this with a headset get a Midland PTT and use a CT-44 connector that is put out by Yaesu so it functions. Just make sure that the connector is fully seated. OPSMAN knows about this connector issue and doesn't seem in a rush to fix it.
