I rated this low because it did not fit any of my Weaver bases! If you measure the slot screw, you will find it too large for standard bases (mine). It did fit the Picatinny base. Check the dimensions for Weaver and Picatinny. The screw for the slot is 0.1925" and the weaver slots are 0.17" on my bases.After buying a Picatinny base, the scope rings worked very well. Would have been 5* if not for the misleading description on Weaver compatibility!

This Item is not for Weaver!!! It is Picatinny... I got this item specifically because I need weaver rail scope rings as I have a weaver rail on my Remington 597. Will be returning as I can't use this as its listing is WRONG!

The scope rings worked great. Just enough elevation. Don’t have to get my head perpendicular to the butt stock to look down the sights. They fit tight on the rail. Nothing I don’t like. If you need a little more hight for your scope give them a try.

these things work great, they are on my 6.5 creed moor and not a problem, and there only 14 bucks, cant beatum ..
